Human rights are that all people have the right to live equally, freely and honorably because of their human beings without any discrimination. Everyone is equal before the law, regardless of race, nation, ethnicity, religion, language and gender. Human rights give each individual the freedom to make independent choices and develop their abilities. These freedoms are balanced by the obligation to respect the rights of others and not to violate these rights.

Economic and social rights, such as the right to work in the first generation, fair and equal pay, the right to a level of life worthy of human dignity, and the right to use health services, are also characterized as second-generation rights. Along with these third generation Rights, Solidarity Rights, expressed as the right to live in a clean environment, the right to ask for technological data protection of private life against art and freedom of science, consumer rights, medical and biological protection against the development are to.

We conduct our work on all the rights of our clients related to the Article 90 of our Constitution and the international treaties approved and entered into force by the parliament are legal protected under these conventions and violated in national and international area.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights of December 10, 1948 and the European Convention on Human Rights of November 04, 1950 constitute the basis of human rights.

The Universal Declaration which is approved by Turkey in 1954 and the European Convention on Human Rights which is a part of our internal legislation determined the following rights: right to life, torture, inhuman or degrading treatment, Prohibition of slavery and Prohibition of forced labour, liberty and security, right to a fair trial and freedom of one's own rights, crime and punishment lawfulness of private life, family life and privacy of correspondence, thought, freedom of conscience and religion, freedom of expression, assembly and association and freedom to form a trade union, the right to marry and to found a family, the right to complain, as the Prohibition of discrimination. Due to developments in public life, new rights have been added to the above mentioned rights like: property right, education right, election right and freedom of settlement and travel.

In this context, Yıldırım law firm carries out with its expert staff reporting activities, related to violations of rights, particularly through fair trial, prohibition of discrimination and property rights by application methods to the Constitutional Court and European Court of Human Rights, and representing its clients before national and/or international human right institutions and judicial authorities to prevent and terminate the human rights violations.
